Default Mazda 6 2.3 petrol Motor into Mondeo that had 2.3 duratec

Hi, struggling to get search to work.

Will a Mazda 6 2.3 litre engine fit straight into a Mondeo that had a 2.3 duratec?

Will it bolt into the mondeo without modification or addition of new parts. Will I only need to change the sensors?

in that case, then I don't believe so. I think it shares the same block bore/stroke but that'll be where everything similar, ends. And that's best case scenario kinda deal.
