Default Nulon Apex+ Multi 23

This has the same industry approvals as the Fuchs GT1 Flex 23. It even comes in the same, 7 and 10 l packs. The main difyappears to be that it will be cheaper than the Fuchs when on special!

Not sure how "difference" became "dify"?

Apex+ Milti23 and Fuchs GT1 Flex23 are essentially in the same segment when it comes to oil specifications. Both are a C2/C3 (so mid-SAPS) oil. Yes both will achieve similar results after the service interval and yes Nulon would net you savings when on sale.

Nulon was easier to get and always cheaper when I bought oil, so it was a no brainer. I'd still use Apex+ if I had the vehicle.

Is it better to use a C1 low SAPS oil with a DPF or are C2and C3 fine?

Peugeot specify C2 oil for their engines, so a C2/C3 oil should be fine. Fuchs GT1 Flex 23 works well in the MB.

to difficult to objectively say best...but what I do know, keeping to the vehicle's oil specifications requirements, turned out to have a great outcome for me. I saw my own engine components after dropping the sump for a leak repair. What I saw was a beautiful clean rotating assembly, no sludge, no deposits, just clean natural looking metal parts. That was using Nulon C3-12 from 120K kms to 270K kms every 15K kms.
