Exclamation 2012 Zetec transmission smoothness?

Anybody experiencing a challenge in taking off smoothly in a Zetec 2012 auto hatch?

In what situations does it do this???

Should have added....EcoBoost. Acellerator touchy... in trying fior a smooth take off on level ground. May be just turbo lag ;dealer says it's OK but the better half thinks it should be smoother.With the absence of similar experiences among mambers , we'll just deal with it.

Too many decades ago makers tried to impress buyers on a test drive with 'launch' , that crude thrust designed to throw your head back when moving off.
I thought that had been tamed down , apparently not, pity!
