I can tell you one thing - the brakes on the Mondy are outstanding. Driving last night through area between Melton & Gisbourne doing about 90 kmh & a huge roo appeared through the gloom. Brakes on hard and never even came close. The only thing I need now is better headlights.
I had the same thing happen in my BA Falcon about 4 years ago in daylight no less and stood on the anchors only to have the abs chuffing away and still hit the roo - what a mess.

Did you read the FAQ's? The areas I'm driving through are highly vegetative, winding & hilly. If the ShuRoo is like the car lights then I'm still happy about the brakes.
ie. How far down the road does ShuRoo project? Approximately 400 meters ahead and approximately 50 metres on each side of the vehicle. High frequency sound is like your car lights - the sound pattern does not go around corners or over crests, so use commonsense when traveling in highly vegetated areas or winding roads.

I think we're onto something here; Kangaroos have a weird fascination for Mondeo's.
Driving near Cowra last weekend one stayed in front of ours for 500m after coming 200m down a paddock for a look!

Got my first (hopefully the last) ding yesterday. Went through an accident scene and I heard a load bang, was hoping that it was under the car. Had a look today and it looks like some debris that was on the road has flicked up and put a small ding in the back passages door and it has removed paint. Look like I'm getting the dint guys out for that one.
