Question Au ac switch

My ac switch will not stay on recirculate. it keeps switching straight back to fresh air no matter what the ac is set on. the only time it will is when it is set to ac max. any suggestions will be happily recieved. i posted this thread on the electrical page also. sorry if that isnt the done thing but i wasnt sure where would be best . thanks

I would say that one of the vaccum hoses on the back of the heater/cooler knobs had come off, come loose, or has a split in it. You will have to take off the Center Finish Panel (Black bit in the middle of the dash), and check the hoses going there... about 10 or so if I remember corectly...
