Default 2008 focus tdci loss of power

Hey everybody

I got a ford Focus tdci and I was driving yesterday taking off in 1st and I got to about 2000rpm and I heard a pop and I lost power, now when accelerating I feel a loss of power at about 200rpm when the turbo is supposed to kick in and a loss of power throughout the rev range and slot of black smoke when accelerating

Would anybody have any ideas as to the cause of this? I've gone underneath the car I can't see any pipeing blown off or cracked or anything leaking.

I checked the boost pressure with the scanner this is the results below in the graphs

Thanks any help would be appreciated

Check your intercooler. It sound exactly like what happened to my ranger a few months back. In my case the bottom of the intercooler blew out. The time before it was the side of the intercooler facing the motor that had spit, and the time before that it was a split charge pipe. That was an easy one to find, there was oily residue around the split.
