Default Heated/Cooling Front Seats

Does anyone know if the combined hot/cold front seats could do ordered and retro fitted to the car? Would just need the seat as it is the exactly the same switch, just keep pushing the -ve button and the lights go blue(cooling) instead of red (heating)

I know that the Euro version's (Tit&TitX) have them and been thinking that the cooling effect could be just as good as the heating is in winter.

Just wanting to know if anyone has looked into this before and sussed it out or the combined seats are just not available here.

For Oz climate I can see more value in cooled seats than heated !!
But, I would suggest the cooling needs more than just some switchgear (connection to aircon with ducting etc?)
