FG MK2 Upgrade Options
 

Hi Fadi,

I was browsing your website and it seems a lot of the upgrades aren't available in the MK2 for FG Falcons.

I was wondering what options/upgrades you have available for the FG MKII ICC.

I'm particularly interested in GPS and Video playback.

ASL will be releasing next month a GPS and video on the factory screen for the FG MKII and SZ models

Will the gps be better than the stock unit that Ford supply with the FG2? And will you be able to update the maps yourself?

the system we supply comes with 2 years of free map updates.

Yes the maps can be upgraded by yourself.

Something was on their FB page yesterday about this being sorted. I think he mentioned a while back about a $1100-1200 cost.

All we can offer is the factory navigation screen as a changeover but atm we cannot update maps as ford not releasing any more map updates

Oh that's not good at all I can't justify the cost with out of date maps by 6 years out of date and not able to update anymore really bizarre how the maps can't be updated so I take you can't access the files in the software.

My FG MkII ICC screen is dead after a flat battery. Wondering whether to get just the ICC repair exchange or opt for the Nav upgrade too. My existing ICC didn't have navigation.

Yes there maps are now updated now worth the cost.
