Default Avatar pic

Hi everyone, I have a certain pic I want as my avatar but is too large; I have tried cropping it down and reducing quality on photoshop but it is still way to big. Everyone else seems to have full size images as avatars, so could anyone help me out with how to make it smaller?
cheers Jack.

Jack aslo as a donating member you are allowed a bigger pic 150 x 150 and is why some are bigger, drop a line to an admin if you want to be a site supporter or read more here.

Donateing also opens up some other little perks. Well worth the $$ I reckon.
