Hey guys just joined, great site, so much to se and read, keep up the great work. Can some one help Im trying to put a picture on my avitare I have resized a resized and yet still telling me its to big Please explain. Once Ive got it all set up I will put my details up with a few pics, and how do i do this???

the avatar needs to be no larger than 100x100 pixels
