A few guys went out for a play on Friday night.

XT was on 205 streeties again

11.10 @ 126, 11.11 @ 127.23, 11.05 @ 127.27 & 10.98 @ 127.28

and has more in it as it sits....imagine if the standard road suspension is ****ed off for something straight line orientated

@ 127mph in it's good for a 10.39 so whatever is going on in the rear end is doing the job pretty good

Are you using 3600 for the weight for your et calculations?

There was a bit more in it cause the 10.54 was a "soft" launch for fear of a better word.

Only thing that is/was ever done was the addition of the slide-a-links which at the time was told and is still told a "crap" so who knows time and the track will tell.

So far though everyone including the owner and engine builder Pat Purcell is over the moon, 10.91 on 205x70x14 maxxi still gives me the biggest smile though

nope didnt bother with the weight basic calc of 1320/127 weight has no factor in this calc

it's nothing sinister, try it on a few cars you know of, it's a pretty good indicator of what could be run with the car, of course like any calc there are variables, but its a simple and i have found it's more accurate than online calcs that ask for weight,hp,mph,gear and all that jazz..

Went for a hit out on the 205s yesterday, NICE to back up the 10

1st pass 11.15@127.58

2nd pass 10.97@126.91

3rd pass 11.08@127.71

Can't say it's not consistent

i know of this 347 in a XR that has run a 11.2 @ 122mph apparently it made 560hp at the flywheel with Victor jnr heads....

What figure you want it has been on 3 different rear wheel dyno and varied by up to 50hp .....430-480

Or whatever it takes 3600lbs to run 127.98mph....
