I got for the son a 2020 i30N coupe manual, drove it up from Melb to Syd and used it now and then in the Syd burbs, I experience NO throttle lag whatsoever.
In fact that car impress me alot but for 2 things, wish it was AWD, in sports mode it rides like a dog on rough surfaces but handles on rails.

Part of me wonders if its a Sedan N thing... My cousin has an MY23 I30N Hatch with DCT and absolutely none of what Franco is on about is true of the hatch from the seat time i've had. It doesnt have all the tech of the sedan but I prefer it that way...

Spotted an immaculate VX Commodore SS sedan in Red Hot this morning. I once despised them, but for some reason I can now see the appeal.

I'm not a fan of the VT/VX, except for the Monaro.

Sort of looks a bit weird in an early 2000s American kinda bubble way, its like a bridge between the 1980s/1990s hybrid styling of the VR/VS designed with a 15cm ruler and crayon, and the VY/VZ with their more sleek looks.

VS Series 3 ute is the go. VS Series 3 Commodore SS Ute, V8 manual, is my dream Holden. Especially with the VT steering wheel and VT SS alloys.

Man, a few years back i got a job that was a favour from my boss for his mates italian parents. So electrical work, i was given instruction to turn a blind eye to the dodgey existing electricals in their house, but do what i do on my work, which is always above and beyond. Anyhows, front yard was a rose garden, well kept. Backyard, pretty much a self sufficient market garden. Garage, mint red vx SS. Low kays, main reason was it was a manual. So washed weekly then garaged, hardly driven as manual.
