Default Wheres the navigation bar gone????

Umm ok well this is abit wierd..
I seem to be having a problem when it comes to the navigation bar..
It seems to have disappeared???
It had the shortcuts ie new posts, calender, user cp etc all that stuff..
Any ideas peeps??
