Tried fitting a S2 XR cluster into my newly bought S2 fairlane 6cyl and the low coolant red symbol was flashing. I noticed that my fairlane being a six has not got a plug on the header tank is. Is there a way of getting around this. Thanks in advance.

Was wondering if I could take the globe out. But I wasn't sure if it was gonna effect the lighting around the cluster. Will try it out tomorrow,thanks.

If I remember correctly the coolant light is a LED on the circuit board so it doesn't fail to light up A 180 ohm resistor to earth on pin 3 of the J2 plug on the cluster ( the one on the right) will fix it
