Wink EL F/Mont Ghia diff whine....help please

Hi, I'm Bigmax my ride is a ford powered xj6 jag and ZL fairlane and other early fords in various states of restoration.I got a call from my son who has the EL and during the conversation he asked if I could ask you guys for some info,I hope you can help.
1.can ayone recommend a diff repairer in the western suburbs as he lives at Hoppers crossing.
2.would anyone be able to tell me what model diffs are interchangeable eg.,ea,eb,ed,ef,etc
3.he's been told that its probably the cones in the lsd ,would anyone have a schematic of the el LSD so I can have a look if they are complicated or not please. Thanks for reading this post guys,as we are looking at getting an el ourselves, any help would be appreciated regards Bill

Can’t help on some of your questions but, are you just wanting a replacement center or the whole lot from disk to disk? If you’re after the whole lot, stick with the EL because some suspension components were different (upper trailing arms as I worked out today) plus you will know it will fit! Is it a Tickford EL or stocko? This makes a difference as well

good luck
