Default Quick question, green leak Ford Ranger

Sorry, not in the tech section, more people looking here.
My brother rang me, his son is on a road trip in his Ranger, which is about 5 years old.
It's developed a green leak, bash plate is in the way and can't see where it's coming from.
The coolant is red and so is the power steering.
Now I have no clue, so over to brains trust please.
Thanks in advance.

AC? That’s my first guess.

power steering is electric, so no fluid there.

I'd suggest AC compressor oil too, but I'm not sure. Can he at least see what side of the engine it's coming from?

if it's AC oil, then the gas has likely left the building too, so should be pretty easy to check if there is no cold air coming from the vents
