Default 2L escort what can i do

i am doing a 2L escort up. i have the head and that all done up harden spings, bigger cam, ported and things like that but when it comes to the bottom end i dont know what pistons to put in does anyone have any ideas what i can put in it. i do have twin 40mm carbies but i am not going to put them on any more. i want to go efi does anyone know what kind or where i can get it from i want to run a wolf computer and put a turbo on it. can people please help me.

For a Turbo go Forged Cosworth rod and pistons. You can go a cosworth crank, but the Pinto version is fine. Get the Flywheel doweled to the crank. Thats about it for the bottom end...

Any Escort Performance place in your state will get it for you. This is becoming a common conversion for the old Pinto.

If you're in Perth, put an add in the wanted section for a pinto fuel injection manifold with the ecu. Didnt take me even a day to get a reply. Didnt end up taking it so its probably still out there... Hehehe got a nice 465 holley instead.

thanxs for that. what r the Steel oversize ARP pistons & conrods like. i am looking at doing my bottom end now and i dont know what to get for it.
